Krystin
Hygenius / Dr. Grace's OG Team Member
Krystin is our hygienist here at Pragma. Previously, she started with Dr. Grace as her assistant then followed her dreams to be a dental hygienist. The most unique quality of Krystin is that she can make friends with anyone. Her favorite thing about the dental field is the patient interaction she encounters and the newfound relationship they establish. During her free time, she enjoys long walks down the aisles of Target with a nice Starbucks iced coffee to go along with. She also enjoys spending time with her family and taking trips with her husband, Lane. Krystin’s goal is to always keep others smiling, and to enjoy every minute of their visit at the office.
Crystal
Dental Hygienius
Crystal is a stellar hygienist here at Pragma. She is recognized around our office and to our patients for her incredible knowledge and genuine patient care. You will find Crystal educating our patients because she has such passion about their oral health. Crystal is a Kansas native where she graduated with her degree in dental hygiene in 2021. Crystal is the oldest of 4 siblings and loves spending time with her family. Her siblings look to her as the role model she is. We are SO thankful Crystal found her way to Oklahoma City to start her new journey in life. She enjoys traveling and is always up for any spontaneous adventure!
Maison
Dental Hygienius
Maison Ayers is a dedicated registered dental hygienist with 12 years of experience in the dental field, including 7 years specializing in pediatrics. She graduated from dental hygiene school, receiving the Student Life Award for the Health Sciences Division, the Colgate STAR Award, and the Jan R. Burnham Award. Her commitment to improving oral health extends beyond the office, as she believes in the vital connection between oral health and overall well-being. Maison welcomes patients in every season of their lives, providing compassionate care tailored to their unique needs.
Outside of the operatory Maison enjoys taking long walks with her dog, Jovi. She has a passion for traveling, meeting new people, and trying new desserts.
Miranda
Practice Manager aka Dental Guru
Miranda is an Oklahoma native and first got her start in dentistry in Orthodontics and later found herself serving patients as an assistant, treatment coordinator, insurance coordinator and leader. Her background has allowed her to understand the daily operations of the dental office at whole. Miranda joined Pragma Dental as Practice Manager in 2022 and takes great pride in providing compassion and the highest standard of care to our patients.
Miranda has served in the Dominican Republic as a missionary, been a steward to the community through multiple outreaches and has also gained her certification as a CASA of Oklahoma. Needless to say, Miranda thrives on honoring and serving our community, patients and her team.
Miranda's favorite down time is spent with her three children, Talon, Seaira and Maddox and is now a grandmother aka "Lolli" to her sweet grandson, Leon. She loves watching them grow into their unique selves and finds them to be her greatest teachers. Miranda loves all things outdoors, cooking, and just being a good human!
Elizabeth
Scheduling Coordinator
Elizabeth is part of the front office Team at Pragma Dental. While making a career in banking she decided it was not for her and went to dental assisting school. She is eager to learn more about being a dental assistant as well as being part of the front office. Elizabeth is a first generation Mexican-American and is bilingual. She is excited to be able to translate for Spanish speaking patients and help them with their dental needs. Her favorite thing to do outside of work is visit her family ranch in Guthrie and spend quality time with her family.
Gabby
Treatment Coordinator
Gabby is currently our lab and tech guru and not so quiet ninja who can pretty much do everything at Pragma Dental. With a background in Marketing and Technology Gabby decided to make a career turn and follow her passion for helping others within the dental field, something she has grown up around. Her favorite part of the dental field is building a relationship with our patients and making them feel like family. During her free time Gabby loves to spend time with her family and be in New Mexico. An ideal evening for Gabby is taking in a Mountain View on a chilly evening in front of the fire place with all her loved ones.
LeighAnna
Lead Assistant
LeighAnna is our lead dental assistant and is always keeping busy in the clinic - while bringing plenty of energy and laughter along the way. She’s a pro at making both us and our patients smile whether it’s through her friendly personality or goofy sense of humor. LeighAnna is from Lawton, Oklahoma and made her way to Oklahoma City in 2017 to attend UCO! When she first enrolled in college, she wanted to become a teacher. Long story for another time, after babysitting for her sorority alumna, LeighAnna decided to start shadowing in their dental office and soon found her passion for dentistry. She hopes to find herself doing something involving teaching and dentistry someday. After the workday is over, LeighAnna loves being able to go home to her husband, Auston, and she’s her happiest when they’re on a boat together!
Ally
Assistant
Ally is a SUPER dental assistant here at Pragma Dental. Ally started in pediatric dentistry and joined Pragma to continue learning and expanding her knowledge. Since her tenure here at Pragma Dental, she has gained exceptional knowledge and is loved by our patients. Her favorite thing about working at Pragma is that not one day is alike with all the different procedures and approaches to solving patients' needs. Having two kids of her own she is always on the move but she sneaks away to read a good mystery and a psychological thriller when she can.

Gabrielle Mares is a dedicated and compassionate dental assistant committed to creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for every patient. With education from custom dental assisting school, Gabrielle brings both knowledge and a warm, patient-centered approach to Pragma. With a strong focus on helping individuals feel at ease during their dental visits, Gabrielle strives to reduce any anxiety or discomfort patients may feel, ensuring that their experience is as stress-free as possible. She takes great pride in helping her patients feel confident and cared for throughout their treatment. Gabrielle’s commitment to continued learning ensures offering the highest quality care possible. Outside of the dental office, Gabrielle is passionate about helping others and loves spending time with family and friends.
