Entering the beautiful lobby of Pragma was the first indication of their attention to details. My visit with Dr. Speer gave me all the information I needed to go to the next step in my dental experience. I’ve never been given the option of a hand wax, Netflix or a warm neck pillow in a dental office and plan to take full advantage in the future. could not recommend this place more ! if i had two words to describe Pragma Dental it would be intentionality, and hospitality. From the moment you walk in, the women at the front desk make sure you’re at home with waters, comfortable seating, and an informative layout of where the bathrooms are. After the excellent waiting room experience yourgreeted with your dental hygienist and a cleaning experience menu. Why offer your clients Netflix, a blanket, or noise cancelling headphones among other luxuries, for a routine appointment? Because Pragma Dental are no stranger but more of a friend to intentional comfort. Krystin, Miranda, Elizabeth, and Dr. Spear made this young woman with dentophobia’s doubts and fears nearly if not entirely nonexistent. Thank you pragma for the spa, new friendships, and lastly intentional hospitality for comfort above all else.

This felt so much more like a spa treatment rather than a cleaning! State of the art equipment and top notch service. Neck pillows, x xxx, and xxx (I want you to be surprised like me) were awesome touches and totally a wonderful unexpected treat!!The receptionist/customer service representative and dentist were great and very knowledgeable. I have tosay that Kristen the dental hygienist was amazing!!! I have had horrible experiences in the past and today was zero pain and my teeth feel and look amazing!!! Awesome Dental Office!!! After a lot of bad experience with other dentist offices in my 52 years, this is by far the best experience I've had. I've been in OKC for 3 years now and finding a dentist that I like has been a rough ride. In Denver, I really loved my dentist and every place I've tried out here (much like finding a good Sushi place or good Mexican food; a whole other sad story), I have felt that the bar is super low in Oklahoma.I rolled the dice on this place and I have to say, everyone here is so professional and knowledgeable. I didn't feel like I was in Oklahoma anymore!My dentist, Dr. Speer was super cool, doesn't waste any time and gets the job done. Everyone else, the hygienists, the office personnel, also just great to work with.The bathroom is so clean. All I remember is white marble and gold, and fancy soap. Deviates from the shopping mall vibe, that's for sure.The music is interesting. During my procedure it started with Christian music, so I figured I better pray or something. But then transitioned to Mary J Blige, which was an interesting change of pace and somehow right at the end of the procedure, Chariots of Fire started playing, perfectly timed. Not sure who the DJ is, but I just have to say, it was a brilliant set.Overall, great experience.
